Location is extraordinary good! It's an old building but the cleanliness is outstanding. They really deliver what the offer. It was my first time staying in a hotel with shared bathroom and I was really impressed how clean was everything

The staff were very friendly. The location and price were great. In range of Circuit, Amtrak, Tri-Rail, and Brightline. In walking distance of Publix and CityPlace.

Amazing location, super friendly staff. Hotel it’s not freshly designed but for that price great option and I spend most of my time at the beach. Visiting stunning streets of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach :)

centrally located next to Rosemary square and 2 blocks from a public transit hub… 2 blocks from Brightline. 1 block from a Publix supermarket. literally in the middle of the best part of West Palm Beach.

Very old school hotel in a good way, lady at the desk was very nice, the rooms were clean, and the shared bathrooms were clean as well. Rooms have sinks in them as well which is nice.
